Individual Coaching

Individual coaching for entrepreneurs & independent executives

Introduction

The coaching process I lead combines a clear structure with a flexible approach. We begin with a discovery session and a leadership diagnostic using the Leadership Circle Profile™. From there, we focus on a single transformational objective — the One Big Thing Goal. Regular sessions allow for progressively deeper reflection, practicing new behaviors, and implementing change in practice. The engagement concludes with a closing session that consolidates progress and sets the stage for continued growth. The engagement also includes space for brief between-session support — one 15-minute call between every two sessions, included in the fee. In critical situations, full-length ad hoc sessions can be scheduled.

*The use of the PULSE™ assessment in the process requires the nomination of a minimum of 4 stakeholders (individuals who work closely with the coachee on a daily basis, e.g. business partners, team members, fellow leaders), who will provide diverse perspectives and feedback on the coachee. PULSE™ surveys are distributed to stakeholders at approximately 2–4 month intervals. The use of the PULSE™ tool requires separate pricing.
